Yeo's Share Your Dream Contest ("Contest") is organised by YHS (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("Organiser", "we" or "us").

A. ELIGIBILITY

1. This Contest is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, work permit holders and is valid in Singapore only ("Participant(s)").
2. If a Participant is below 18 years of age, the consent of the Participant's parent or legal guardian is deemed to have been obtained. The award of any prizes to such Participants shall be subject to the verification of such consent by the Organiser in our sole discretion, and we reserve our right to not award the prizes in the event such consent is not substantiated to our reasonable satisfaction.
3. Employees of the Organiser, our advertising and Contest agencies, affiliates and subsidiaries and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

B. CONTEST SUMMARY

1. The Contest commences on 26th July 2024, 1800hrs and ends on 25th August 2024, at 2359hrs ("Contest Period") ("Contest Period").
2. All winners will be selected based on a set of judging criteria, as determined by the Organiser, at its sole and absolute discretion without any right to appeal.
3. Announcement of contest winners ("Winner(s)") will be made on Yeo's Facebook page and/or Instagram page (@yeossg) on 6 September 2024, 1800hrs.
4. Only entries received during the Contest Period will be eligible.
5. The contest is held on Yeo's Dreams Portal (refreshyourdreams.com.sg), and amplified on Yeo's Facebook page and/or Instagram page (@yeossg), with a total of three (3) Grand Prize Winners ("Grand Prize Winners") and ten (10) Consolation Prize Winners ("Consolation Prize Winners''). Each Participant can only submit one (1) entry, identified by mobile number and email address. Participants who submit their dreams on the Dreams Portal will receive up to one (1) e-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher). The selection of dreams to be fulfilled will be up to the Organiser's discretion.
6. Grand Prize(s) and Consolation Prize(s) ("Prizes") are as follows:
   1. Grand Prize(s) - Awarded to three (3) Grand Prize Winners: Dream fulfilment as indicated in Winners' submission, worth up to $5,900, supported by Yeo's
   2. Consolation Prize(s) - Awarded to ten (10) Consolation Prize Winners: Far East Mall e-Vouchers valued at $200 (TWO HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS)

Ci. CONTEST DETAILS - SHARE YOUR DREAM

1. The contest is to submit a dream through Yeo's Dreams Portal (refreshyourdreams.com.sg) in the form provided under the section: "SHARE YOUR DREAM". The guidelines of contest submission are available under Section F. SHARE YOUR DREAM - DREAM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES in this Terms and Conditions.
2. This contest will be held on Yeo's Dreams Portal (refreshyourdreams.com.sg) and amplified on Yeo's Facebook page and/or Yeo's Instagram page (@yeossg) as indicated under Section Cii. HOW TO PARTICIPATE - SHARE YOUR DREAMS.
3. The Grand Prizes will be awarded to three (3) Winners who will be selected to have their dreams fulfilled, supported by Yeo's.
4. The Consolation Prizes will be awarded to ten (10) Winners.
5. All Winners will be contacted through the email address and/or mobile number provided in the form submission and/or their social media page. Once each prize is fully redeemed/won by the Winners, no further prizes will be awarded.
6. All Participants will receive one (1) RedMart Voucher valued at $5 (FIVE SINGAPORE DOLLARS).
7. All Prizes are not transferable and e-commerce vouchers (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) are not exchangeable for cash.
8. E-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) will be forwarded to your email inbox, as indicated in the email address provided in the form submission. E-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) are limited to the first 300 redemptions. E-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) can only be used once per account. E-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) must be used by 22nd October 2024 and cannot be extended.
9. All Prizes (i.e. Grand Prizes and Consolation Prizes) not acknowledged and/or redeemed by the Winners after 30th September 2024 will be forfeited.

Cii. HOW TO PARTICIPATE - SHARE YOUR DREAM

1. Participants are required to meet all Contest entry qualifying actions, including as indicated below from 1a to 1g:
   1. Follow Yeo's Facebook page and/or Instagram page (@yeossg).
   2. Visit the Yeo's Dreams Portal (refreshyourdreams.com.sg).
   3. Scroll to the section: "SHARE YOUR DREAMS".
   4. Fill in the blanks in the form and fields available in the "SHARE YOUR DREAMS'' section on Yeo's Dreams Portal (refreshyourdreams.com.sg). Under the "Tell Us About Your Dream'' field, enter a dream that Yeo's can support you to fulfil. The guidelines of contest submission are available under Section F. SHARE YOUR DREAM - DREAM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES in this Terms and Conditions.
   5. One (1) e-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) will be reflected on the Dreams Portal as a 'pop-up' upon clicking the 'SUBMIT' button. A copy of the e-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) issued will also be forwarded to your email inbox, as indicated in the email address provided in the form submission.
   6. Contest entry submission ends on 25th August 2024.
   7. Set your profile to public until 30th September 2024, 2359hrs.
2. Participants may submit only one (1) entry and each Participant is unable to win more than one (1) Prize. Each Participant is unable to receive more than one (1) e-commerce voucher (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher)
3. Each entry shall be subject to verification by us and/or our representatives at our sole discretion.
4. Entries with malicious, lewd, vulgar, explicit or inappropriate content or behaviour in any part of the dream submission are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in immediate disqualification of entry. Any entries that are deemed invalid as determined by us at our sole discretion will be disqualified.
5. Any cost incurred, if any, that arises from participating and/or submitting an entry, shall be borne by the Participant.
6. Incomplete or late submission of entries after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
7. Personal information collected or received from the Participants may be used by the Organiser and/or our respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering this Contest, including verifying a Participant's identity and eligibility to participate and receive a Prize.
8. By participating in the Contest, Participants allow us, and/or our respective agents and agencies, to contact them via the particulars provided for such purpose. We value all personal information received from Participants and shall not disclose or furnish their personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for our respective agents and agencies for the purposes of this Contest or where required by law).
9. The judging criteria of this contest are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of the Organisers. The definition of "aspirational dream" and details of contest submission are available under Section F. SHARE YOUR DREAM - DREAM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES. The judging criteria of this contest are as follows:

D. WINNERS' PARTICIPATION

1. The Grand Prizes will be awarded to three (3) Winners selected to have their dreams fulfilled as indicated in Winners' submission, worth up to $5,900, supported by Yeo's.
2. The Consolation Prizes, worth up to $200 each, will be awarded to ten (10) Winners.
3. All Winners will be required to show the physical copy of their NRIC, disclose their full name, last three (3) digits and the alphabet of their NRIC for identification purposes when redeeming their Prize or when The Organiser reaches out to them to fulfil their dream.
4. The three (3) Grand Prize Winners who have redeemed their Grand Prize may be required to take part in video shoot(s) that film the journey behind getting the three (3) Grand Prize Winners' dreams fulfilled. The duration of the video shoot(s) is up to The Organiser's discretion.
5. The videos taken will belong to The Organiser and will/can be used for The Organiser's social media pages and/or other platforms. The videos may/will be used for advertising purposes.
6. The costs of the video shoots and other costs incurred, with the exception of the Grand Prize Winners' personal spending, from fulfilling the Winners' dreams will be fully borne by The Organiser.
7. Entry into this Contest and acceptance of a Prize each constitutes permission for us to use Participants' and Winners' names, personal particulars, images, voice and/or likeness, including but not limited to photographs, videos and recordings for the purposes of marketing, advertising and trade without compensation, regardless whether such usage is limited to this Contest or otherwise, and whether by way of direct marketing or otherwise. E. E-COMMERCE VOUCHERS PRIZE COLLECTION

1. E-commerce vouchers (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) cannot be exchanged or transferred. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute Prizes or part of Prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value at its sole discretion without notice.
2. E-commerce vouchers (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) can only be used one (1) time at RedMart e-commerce store.
3. E-commerce vouchers (i.e. $5 RedMart Voucher) not collected or redeemed by the winners and/or Participants after 30th September 2024 will be forfeited.
4. Entry into this Contest constitutes permission for us to use Participants' and Winners' names and personal particulars, for marketing, advertising and trade purposes without compensation, regardless of whether such usage is limited to this Contest or otherwise, and whether by way of direct marketing or otherwise. F. SHARE YOUR DREAM - DREAM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Dreams submitted are encouraged to be realistic, meaningful, achievable, and practical. Dreams that involve meeting someone and/or travelling should be up to the Organiser's discretion and the availability of any other parties involved.
2. Dreams can focus on personal growth, community improvement, or helping others. Examples of eligible dreams include but are not limited to:
   
   1. Volunteering For A Community Project
   2. Learning A New Skill Or Trait
   3. Organising A Charity Event
3. Other categories of dreams that are eligible include but are not limited to:
   
   1. Dreams that involve personal enjoyment and fulfilment. For example:
      
      1. Visiting A Theme Park
      2. Embarking On A Cruise Trip
      3. Experiencing Snow For The First Time
      4. Attending A Major Sporting Event
   2. Dreams that reflect personal growth and/or learning experience. For example:
      
      1. Being Someone (i.e. Author, Fireman, Police Officer, etc.) For A Day
      2. Learning New Skills (i.e. Pole Dancing, Cooking, Farming, etc.)
      3. Setting A New Personal Record (i.e. Running a Marathon)
   3. Dreams that involve a special gift that has a meaningful impact in your life. For example:
      
      1. Computer
      2. Sewing Machine
      3. Wheelchair
4. Dreams that are materialistic in nature, impractical, and/or unfeasible are discouraged (i.e. Travelling To Space). Dreams that involve illegal activities and/or harmful behaviours are prohibited and will be disqualified.

H. OTHERS

1. All Contest materials, including details on "HOW TO PARTICIPATE", form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry into this Contest is deemed acceptance of all Terms and Conditions and Organiser's decisions.
3. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from this Contest.
4. Participants assume liability for any injury or damage sustained or claimed to be caused by participating in this Contest. Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim by or to any person in connection with this Contest, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, any error in any computer system or equipment or any lost or delayed entries. Nothing in the foregoing shall be deemed to exclude or restrict the Organiser's liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Organiser's negligence.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without giving prior notice.
6. This Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and all Participants shall submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore, which shall be the sole dispute resolution tribunal.
7. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to this Contest is final and binding.
